10/100Mbps Media Converter MC100CM
The MC100CM is a 10/100Mbps media converter designed for converting signals between fiber optic and Ethernet.
The MC100CM is a media converter designed to connect 100BASE-FX fiber optic cables to 100Base-TX copper cables and vice versa. With IEEE 802.3u 10/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX standards, the MC100CM can be used with multimode fiber optic cables. Equipped with SC-Type connectors.
The MC100CM supports Longwave (LX) laser at full wire speed, operating at a wavelength of 1310 nanometers for both transmission and reception. It features Auto MDI/MDI-X for the TX port and Auto negotiation for duplex mode switching for flexibility. The MC100CM can transmit data over multimode fiber optic cables up to 1.2 miles (2 kilometers).
